I typically wear a 9.5 in dress shoes and boots so I bought that size for these and they fit like a glove! So perfect, no slipping off my heel! They feel flexible and are easy to walk in, I’m giving it 4 stars out of 5 because I’m afraid my big toe will eventually poke through the top of the shoe.
