I asked my daughter what she would rate this and she said a 2. She said it's annoying because you have to wear a shirt under it and the collar/tie doesn't ever sit properly. She also complained that it rubs on her waist. It does look cute and seems decently well made compared to other costumes so I bumped it up to a 3, but she's not particularly comfortable in it.
