The Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 tire is an outstanding performance tire for spirited driving of sporty high performance sports cars. Made with a high-grip silica tread compound, you can expect this tire to deliver lower rolling resistance and higher steering and handling response in wet conditions. Hankook has specially reengineered the shape of the tread grooves. This patented groove style is called Advanced Aqua Jet Design. This advanced k-technology means a big improvement in wet traction. The high density, extra strong polyester in the belts provide added stiffness under the tread that has multiply benefits, including resistance to puncture and a more stable contact patch for longer treadwear.

Soft Sidewalls
I used to have Michelin PSS, and decided to move to a cheaper Summer Tire. Once I installed them I noticed instantly that these tires have a much softer sidewall than most other tires. Aside from that, Very Grippy tires! A little loud on the road

best tires for the price i have found for tires that once there warmed up the stick to the road like glue. tire wear isn't the best but i knew i would sacrifice tread wear for traction,tires are also very quiet and smooth rolling on the highway. most defiantly a summer tire only though,just a glazing of snow on the road and you wont go anywhere. ... show more

Grippy
The tires stick to the ground pretty well i dont lose traction as much doing pulls i would recommend them but they do come with some road noise

Worth it.
Just got them installed on the front this afternoon. An immediate difference in a huge way for my 2011 Scion tc. Granted my old tires were off brands and worn out from the prior owner but still... Wow lol. They have a lil road noise but the grip and resulting confidence when driving is worth it. Def a bargain for the price. ... show more

Great summer tire for the price
I’ve used this tire in numerous cars, with super wide tires 275 down to these at 225 and the quality is always the same....great! Good levels of grip and drives good in the rain. I get good mileage out of these tires and like how they are 10/32 of thread, most tires are 9/32.

Excellent tire
Excellent summer tire. Tread wear I can't rate much on as I went to the drag track with them quite often. So the fronts only lasted 4months. Very good traction and performance all around. I live in Alaska and they were good thru all weather did not have much snow but probably wouldn't recommend a summer tire in winter anyhow. Did great in the rain and dry pavement. ... show more

Excellent Summer Tire
Great performance tires for the price, dry grip is excellent, steering feels responsive. I haven't noticed increased road noise, compared to my old tires (Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season). Application: mrk7 VW Golf GTI, daily driver, no track time, ambient temp 70F+. Overall a huge improvement in traction and handling over the OEM tires for my application.
