Soft cotton with an easy but not baggy fit. I probably could have sized down from a XXL to an XL or even an L, but these were purchased as loungewear around the house, not for the street. I typically wear a LLBean or Amazon Essentials size16 - so roughly 34/36 waist, 44ish hip. Laundered well, didn't collect lint or pill, potential stains released easily. Long inseam on me, and waistband falls at hip bone but that might be due to choosing an XXL. Definitely not ankle pants! My phone fits securely in the pockets. If you're sensitive to your clothing's fit and texture, these are the loungewear for you!

I bought the heather gray and black. I love the pockets. It’s a good thing that they have a drawstring because they are huge. I’m 5ft3in and 145-150#. I hope they shrink a little in the dryer. I love it that they are a little long. They are light weight and yet durable. Beautiful and durable stitches. Amazon recommends an XL but next time I will get a large. I washed and dried them and now they are a little loose but very comfortable. They shrunk in length too so I’m not stepping on the bottom of the pant legs. I really like the way they fit now and plan to buy more.

I had ordered a size small and when I tried them on they JUST fit, I'm 5'4" and about 130lbs for reference. I was reading some reviews that mentioned it shrunk so I exchanged it for a medium. I was surprised that there wasn't much of a noticeable difference in the hips going up a size. The length was definitely longer and there was a little difference in the width of the legs. They felt comfy and I was happy upon trying them on though. After washing for the first time they definitely shrunk. At LEAST 3-4" in length and felt tighter. I feel like it has shrunk even more after washing and drying them a couple more times. It is really frustrating because now they are on the verge of being too small and don't feel like a good lounge sweat pant or as cozy since they're tighter and a good couple inches from the floor. I feel like they would have been perfect if they hadn't have shrunk so bad!

I have a lot of good things to say about these sweats as in their well made, very warm with that high percentage of cotton material, lightweight, fit well, and are a nice color. However, I took away a star because the material was so rough that my thighs felt chafed after wearing them for several hours. This is even after washing before wearing them. I think I'll just donate them but if you can handle the feel of this material, (maybe it's supposed to be rough at first don't know), then this is a very good purchase especially at that price point and I would recommend.
