Go at least 1 larger than your usual size. They are not true to size in my opinion for the most recent ones being offered January 2026. Admittedly the price was incredibly low for 10 pairs but the sizing was off. I had to go up a size and likely could have gotten 2 sizes larger. No it wasn’t me getting bigger lol . I’ve not worn each pair yet to comment on durability or the correct cut of each pair. However for 100% cotton granny panties if you can get the right size, it’s a deal for every day wear. ... show more

Was worried about the size since I land between what I ordered and size up. The stretch is really nice in the waist and legs, plus the fabric is very soft and comfortable. Have transitioned to more cotton like fits due to my lupus causing skin issues and temperature issues but these have been able to make both much easier to deal with. Only giving a 4 because these panties run large and aren’t the same material as this brand normally is. All of my other (not new) Hanes panties are a 6 and fit comfortably. These are loose and feel cheap. Hanes is always a great brand and their underwear lasts forever, when made properly, which would have gotten them 5 stars.
