For reference, I am 5ft5in and weigh 120 lbs. The small was still way too big. I have long legs for my height and they were still too long. But the quality is there. Material is thinner than the average sweat pant, which is perfect for Texas spring/summer. Heather black is more like a medium gray.

I ordered these because my knee is in an immobilizer and I live in Arizona so need something lightweight under the brace. I’ve tried 3-4 different styles and these are my favorite. I like that the waistband is stitched so doesn’t wad up like the other Hanes joggers I have. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Sadly, because of the limited colors I ordered 3 if what I thought was the same pant from Hanes. Wrong! They are tri-blend but the waist isn’t stitched and I suspect after the first wash it will wad up like the first pair I bought. Lesson learned.

Hanes runs small and narrow in general - their tee-shirts and all clothing… So I ordered a size up and there’s no room to spare; the cut is formfitting. I like the style, the elastic at the ankles is comfortable, not heavy or tight. They do have pockets which is great, However a bit disappointed that they’re a much lighter weight and more thin fabric than expected. I anticipated these as being appropriate for colder weather. They are not. More a spring and summer wear item. I’m not sure what “French terry” is precisely but I did think it meant heavier fabric. This is tee-shirt fabric.

These are as thin as pajama pants, so I'll never wear them outside of the house. But they're soft, fit true to size (5'4', 130 and I got a Medium), and are reasonably flattering. They do get baggy throughout the day, but my dogs don't seem to care. I ordered the Heather Black (Black Heather?) and they are most definitely athletic gray in color. Again, my dogs don't mind. What I love most about these is that they are long enough that I don't get cold ankles.

I'm a solid 10/12, have wide hips and a bit of belly. I don't have much of a butt. I usually struggle finding pants that sit comfortably on my booty and NOT dig into my waste. (Usually they fall off my butt when they fit fit my hips). These are a GREAT fit, however I suggest ordering a size smaller than normal. I am usually a large/x-large and for these both a small and medium fit!
