I like wearing a long sleeve to work and find my scrub jacket gets a little too hot but I like the extra pockets to hold flushes, alcohol swabs etc.. so this vest is a perfect in between! i got a medium - regularly my size— and it fits great not to tight and not to loose.

This vest is great, as described, light weight and good quality; I found that it runs true to standard size…not ‘scrub size’. Typically I wear a size medium in most scrub brands like healing hands, barco, and Cherokee. But in street clothes I’m a L-XL.
