These fit so well, so comfortable and stretchy, if you wanted to you could do gymnastics in them and they would stay intact. The fabric is thick enough to conceal layers underneath and the material is not cheap. I loved these so much I came back and bought a second pair.

The pants are comfortable, and I like the pockets. Easy to move around in. The thing that bothers me is the sound of the material. It's almost the same sound as a person waving around a plastic bag. Not extremely loud but definitely noticeable in a quiet area. The material is not thick, so you can directly feel a cold breeze. Do not expect to retain any warmth. You'll need leggings or something underneath in the winter. The material also wrinkles easily. It gets the job done, but it's not top quality. ... show more

I am 5' 11" and approximately 210 lbs, I ordered the XL and they fit perfect. I really like the side pocket on the right upper leg, it's deep and holds a cell phone perfectly. These do have a drawstring as well. Originally I had ordered a size up (XXL) after taking my measurements and going by the size chart provided, but they were to baggy and big all over. I will say the material makes a soft "swish swish" sound when walking fast, but it doesn't bother me personally. ... show more

Comfortable, but make a lot of noise, especially when visiting patients at night. These pants also wore down in the knees quickly and ripped at the inner thighs over time.
