My preference has always been 100% cotton underpants with the “high cut” legs, and these from Hanes have been my go-to for many, many years. Many years ago there was a version with what was called a “comfort waistband” where there was no exposed elastic. I really preferred those, but they have not been available for quite some time. The only thing I will add is that I’ve always worn the size 6, and they now seem to run a bit smaller. One of the reviewers mentioned sizing within a package were inconsistent. That is not my experience (Aug 2024). They are all the same size and all too small. I have bought (about 7-8 years ago) this brand in size S (5) but the hipsters. These are high cut and they are all too small. So my conclusion is people who used to wear Size S (5) hipsters would need to size up to size 6 high-cuts. hope this helps. ... show more

Although I bought these panties over a year ago, I just started using them. THEY ARE AWFUL ... cut skimpy so they don't cover my belly, like the Jockey Hi-Cut Briefs I usually wear. Thin fabric. Uncomfortable. I threw out the peach ones after wearing once. I'm washing the nude and white ones this weekend and reserving judgment until they've been through the dryer once. I'll NEVER buy them again ... and suggest you don't either!! ... show more
