They have just the right amount of stretch so that you’re not confined and they have plenty of pockets for pens, note pads & other accessories you carry around every day. My waist is usually a medium for pants, but these scrub pants don’t really fit well at all. The length is good but it’s tight around the crotch and thigh region. Definitely not something that I would want to wear on shift for 12 hours. I will size up and see if it fits better.
