I was surprised of the quality and packaging of this item. I am very pleased with it. The carvings are beautiful and it was the perfect size. I appreciated the prayers sent with the product. My only negative is that the screws (which isn't this companies fault because they don't make the screws) they are so soft that it is hard to screw them all of the way down without the screws stripping. 2 out of 4 screws ended up stripped. I spent my life in manufacturing, so I understand how to install screws and how to remove stripped ones. I would suggest raising the price of this item enough to get a better quality screw so that customers are 100% satisfied instead of 99% satisfied. But as I said the item and quality is wonderful and I would recommend it 100% regardless of the soft screws.

The design is not overwhelming, The thickness of the wood is perfect. After the urn is placed in a plastic bag, there is an additional velvet bag included to keep the urn nicely pack. This meet the requirement for transporting the urn to the airport to its final destination.
