I bought this handheld bidet sprayer for my toilet and honestly I’m very happy with it so far. The installation was quick and easy, and everything fit perfectly in my bathroom without any issues. One of the best things about it is the water pressure. It has a very strong and steady spray, which makes it great not only for personal hygiene but also for cleaning. I’ve even used it to clean the toilet and parts of the bathtub because the hose is long and very convenient to use. The materials feel sturdy and well made, and it works exactly as expected. I haven’t had any leaks or problems since installing it. The only small thing I didn’t love is that I expected the finish to look more shiny silver in person, but it’s actually more of a matte silver color. It’s not bad, just different from what I expected based on the pictures. Overall, I think it’s a very practical and useful product for any bathroom, especially for the price. Fantastic! Literally 5 min installation, no tools required. Adjustable stream, nice connections, subtle design that just looks like it's part of the bathroom. I bought the first one for my bathroom to replace an older in-bowl bidet that was in the 'splash zone' if you know what I mean. It was hard to keep clean, so it was often dirty when I wanted to use it. This one sits on the tank and should eliminate that problem. When I got the first one, however, I instead installed it in the kids bathroom, so they can use it to rinse feet and bathing suits out in the adjacent tub without turning on the full shower. See pics. We're past diapers, but it would be an excellent diaper sprayer as well. I'm here ordering another one for my bathroom, and I might get a third for the guest bathroom. So handy, functional and attractive. Highly recommended! The only con I see is that the sprayer head does not sit securely in the hook- it just sort of balances there. A design improvement would be if the hole in the hook were tapered so the sprayer head rests partially inside and won't be accidentally knocked off. Edit: it was me. I put the handle onto the wrong end of the hose, and when I installed the 2nd one I realized my mistake - the instructions actually point that out, had I bothered to read them. Less than 10 minutes to install. Then it started leaking. My own braided hose end needs a cone shape gasket! The flat rubber washer that came with this kit did not work at all. So check what the exact washer you need before installation. Otherwise head to Home Depot and purchase the correct gasket for a leak-free installation. I have attached pictures of the cone-shape washer that worked for my application. Please verify if it would work for you too. Overall, this product serves its purpose. I wish the vendor included this cone-shape gasket with the kit to save me a trip to the hardware store. ... show more

This is an excellent product! Everything needed was included in the package with extra washers (I did not need). I feel that this product is made well, the water trigger does not have play in it, it is solid, allowing for good water regulation at your fingertip. The hose is long enough to actually allow me to clean a mop bucket! The chrome/satin finish is not plastic and fake it is brushed and sturdy looking. I went to Thailand and I discovered that all the hotels use bidets very similar to this product. I took the advise of another reviewer and used a beveled rubber washer in the hose connection for extra protection. rather the one supplied. This was excellent advise. I am also using the manufacturers advise and shutting the unit off with it's in-line gate valve between every use. The product itself can be installed in a matter of minutes and the nozzle pressure is excellent. I recommend this product as a low cost and health-wise alternative to toilet tissue. ... show more
