The hamsa hand is decorated with a blue stone eye and sparkly CZ and has some really nice detailing. The solid bezel and body of the charm are thick .925 sterling silver that needs to be polished to prevent tarnishing. A nice charm that can be worn on its own strung on a bracelet or with other charms as well.
