This looked great in the picture, but in person the curls were big and unruly, and I couldn't get it to lay right, even with some light heat styling. The texture is also coarse and the color sort of flat. This was surprising to me because I bought a different Haircube wig, and it is beautiful and soft - completely different from this one, so I'm not sure what happened here - maybe operator error? ... show more

The bangs are ridiculously short and crimped up/damaged looking. Nothing like the pictures. The bottom part has some waves but they’re going in a bunch of different directions. So disappointed
