Haglofs Essens Mimic Women's Jacket The Haglofs Essens Mimic Outdoor Jacket is insulated with synthetic QuadFusion Mimic, which has the extraordinary warming characteristics of down, but retains excellent performance even when wet. Utilising a synthetic insulation the jacket delivers high-quality comfort and thermal performance. Quad Fusion Mimic is a brand new and highly synthetic insulation that brings the best of two insulation worlds - down and synthetics - together. It's loose synthetic fibre cluster provides the light, lofty feeling that usually, only a down garment can provide but now with the benefits of a synthetic material. Additionally, the garment has been treated with DWR Pertex shell fabric which provides added weather protection. Protecting against both wind and rain, the Pertex shell fabric keeps you warm, dry and comfortable at all times. Polartec Powerstretch shoulder inserts increase mobility allowing you to perform at your ultimate best whilst a mini quilted construction seals in heat and promotes retention. Furthermore, articulated sleeves with elasticated cuffs and hem from a greater anatomical comfort and greater efficiency at retaining heat. Lastly, a chest pocket and two zippered hand pockets provide ample storage for essential items.
