I'm almost 5'3 and 180lbs and I got a medium, so the jacket fit perfectly, the tail of the coat just came down to my feet almost! The fit is good. It's a very bright blue. Fairly well made for a costume piece. The vest and coat are one piece. I use it to model for a comic book villain. I have no idea what anyone else would do with it.

I bought this for a more formal event and despite it being a costume piece the fabric and hardware is all solid quality. The garment is made well and the buttons and additional hardware are all attached well. I recommend steaming as while the fabric does not wrinkle easily, the wrinkles that do occur have been tough to iron out on lower heat setting. The provided size chart is fairly accurate in the plus sizes, the shoulder sizing may be a touch off, but overall a solid purchase

My Wonka is 6'4 and wears a XL in regular shirts. I went off of the recommendation of the seller and ordered him a XXL. It fit perfect. Arm length went to the wrist and bottom of the front of the garment went to his belt.

I ordered this for a last minute Scrooge McDuck costume (work party). Based on the seller stating they fixed the problems with sizes I trusted the size chart but that put me at a medium. I'm 6'1" and 265 lbs so that didn't seem right. I ordered the XL AND the XXL because I wouldn't have time to reorder if it didn't fit. These came separately and I opened the XL. Tried it on and it was an okay fit but more snug than I preferred. Good thing I ordered the XXL to be safe. So I pulled that one out and it was even tighter! I checked it and sure enough, I was sent another XL instead. After confirming it wasn't my mistake, I see now that even among the same size coat, there is variation. I also see now that I was right not to trust the size chart. My chest measures 45" and I just fit in an XL. It's doable for my party but I'll be returning them both to hopefully get the size I actually ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. My daughter wanted to be a mad hatter for Halloween, but I really didn't want to spend so much on a prepackaged costume, since they're usually horrible quality. We got this as a main piece and it was almost perfect. While my daughter is 10, she usually fairly comfortably fits a men's small t shirt (with wiggle room) and a women's medium. I believe she wore a size 4-6 bottoms, if that helps. We got the size small and it was very big on her still. The sleeves were just a little long, the tails just barely touched the floor, and there was a lot of body room. But, even with my very limited skills, we tucked it a little and got a couple stitches in and I think it will work. The material is not thick, it won't keep you warm, but it's not just cheap plastic/elastic that many standard prepackaged costumes are. Buttons are plastic, but actually button in the front. The built in vest area is nice as well.
