Great bag, lots of space, pockets and waterproof. Straps are comfortable enough, just the laptop strap is big and can't be adjusted using a clip as is. Get a padded case for your laptop. The included clips are nice with the additional waterproofing through the cover. My only issue is that the other grey one I got had some rips/tears/slashes hidden under the zipper for the extension from 45L to 65L. Just in the canvas that extends the bag, not a sewing issue or fault in material. A mystery how it got there. Overall, a great capacity bag for the price, better so when customized using slip on waist strap padding. I am 6'6", carried this on my back with a "fanny pack" sling and for short periods an additional one in my hand. May try carry one in the front and back later. My review is based on using the good bag over a week of traveling and hiking around 10 miles at 50 degrees F, so far. Moderately loaded, not full 65L capacity. ... show more

Need a bag with tons of storage area this is it not only does it have multiple Molly points on it and it actually came with a drink holder as well. But it has a secret compartment on the bottom for perhaps a weapon, and the thing blows out to a monstrosity of a bag there's two compartments on the front separate compartments, a large compartment as well and then you get to the main compartment which can go from about 5 in deep to approximately 12 in deep in a matter of seconds the padded shoulder supports and waistband make you feel like you're not even caring a backpack even when fully loaded. I think I've had this thing packed up with about 75 lb of gear in it. To include a laptop computer as well as keyboard. This bag is traveled from South Central Arkansas to Northern Wisconsin with me several times and I can honestly say that I'm not light on my equipment I put it to the test and it survived it's getting five stars from this combat veteran ... show more

I've only been using it for about a month, and it hasn't been through much heavy plate use for rucks so I may update this when I do, but I've used it for 3-4 days away from home and I still didn't have to open it all the way up to 64L. The space is incredible, the front and inner mesh pockets are great, and the option to open it up further if I need to is perfect for anything between 4-5 days if you pack it well. The rain fly is one of the coolest features. Not very dense so don't expect it to handle torrential rains, but it'll work in light to mild rain just to keep it off the rest of the pack. I mostly use it for the gym for the time being being able to put my shoes separate from my clothes/hygiene gear is great. Hopefully it'll last a long while, the seams seem pretty strong so far and nothing's broken with about 30-40lb in it. ... show more

this is a great bag! i have bought many tactical bags in the past and this one is my favorite. i wanted a bigger bug out bag and this 45L bag can carry everything i need plus it can be expanded to 60L if i need more space. i don't think i will need to expand it to 60L bc 45L is all i need but it gives me peace of mind knowing i can have more space if needed. the quality is air tight! i also love the rain cover and i see multiple uses for it. for example, i can use it as dust cover, or if i want to go "grey man" i can use it to conceal the bag from other people. it's so cool! most importantly, the bag isn't too expensive. i like it! ... show more

I bought this backpack because I'm on the road often and well I needed a bigger bag. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but so far it holds everything the other one did, this bag doesn't look like it's about to ejaculate clothes and cables all over the place like my other backpacks. Plus I haven't even had to use the expandable part so that's even better cause I really don't want to check a bag at the airport. It feels sturdy, material doesn't feel cheap like some backpacks I've spent more on. For the price so far I'd say well worth the cost. Only complaint I'd have at the moment is the patch, I would've liked to pick out one myself that would better suit me. Yeah I'm American but to be able to choose from different patches to make it a bit more customized would be extra star worthy. That's it for now. Update, Totally worth it ... show more

This durable bag serves my purpose greatly. I carry my work and school stuff with me everywhere I go and the amount of storage suits me right to the ground. It comes with a rain protector so if you have electronics it will help to protect them in a slight rain not sure of a torrential down pour. I had the pack for about a month when I finally discovered that I could expand the rear compartment to fit more stuff. Highly recommend you get this pack for whatever your needs may be. ... show more

The reason I bought this: I had previously ordered a similar style of backpack, from Wish, for my son. It said it was 36L, but there is no way that is possible. It is pretty tiny. As it turns out though, it is the perfect size for me to throw my work stuff in, and carry to and from work. So, I looked on Amazon (as it is generally more trustworthy, than Wish), for a larger one. My son wanted a nice big one, to fit his school computer and all the other stuff they have to carry. Information about this product: I liked that this backpack can be 45L or 64L, depending upon whether you unzip the expansion zipper. This thing is a beast! It is huge, for a regular backpack. Not framed, hiking pack huge, or anything. But, it is a large backpack. I noticed it also seems pretty heavy, even empty. But, my son doesn't mind. He is used to the weight, as all the stuff he has to carry for school weighs a ton. Seriously, you could use his loaded backpack as free weights. It comes with a couple of nice add-ons, too. It has a bottle carrier, big enough to completely cover an 18oz Yeti bottle. The bottle carrier has molle straps, to attach it on the outside of the pack (he put his on the side). There is also a rain cover, which you can keep in this stealthy little pocket, at the bottom of the pack. I forgot it comes with some D rings, for attaching things to the molle webbing, too. Delivery process wasnt perfect but bag is really nice and comfy, the zippers feels nice and 45l volume is completely enough and when you extend it, theres way more volume than you expect.
