U have to chop the support bracket and persuade it with a 3lb mini sledgehammer then it bolts right up 2 sets of springs and extra hardware was included even a extra set of weld on tabs for the springs are in there as well yes it's real stainless my pipe is already turning blue the header alone is worth the purchase sped my bike up all across the room range much larger inside diameter than stock my bike was already jetted so high it was hard to start so I do strongly recommend pairing it with a good set of carb jets if u remove the removable baffles( they have a 2 stage removable baffle) it gets very loud but still sounds amazing worth way more than they price I'm not easy to impress I build and race gy6 bikes for the last 10 years and by far this is the best bang for buck and by far one of the best header pipes out there I give it a 10 out of 10 ... show more

Pipe is chromed steel not stainless as another reviewer said. Overall nice finish, fit on my older Roketa 150. Needs a 8mm-1.25x 75 bolt that does not come with it. The triangular bracket fits if you cut off the side that interferes with the oil filler plug. Its not needed anyway since the other 2 bolts are attached to the transmission case that provides a 3rd stressed member without. I used the full set of baffles and it is a bit sharper sounding than stock and a bit louder, I like it. Looks good too, reminds me of a Supertrapp from a long time back. ... show more

I used this on my gy6 chuckus and oh boy, the muffler is LOUD like 98-105 decidables loud.

Wanted to put on my 50cc ice bear, even tho it's for a 150cc. Used OEM piping instead to fit and am quite happy with the results
