these shoes are super cute & pretty comfortable so far, they had them laced up REALLY tightly, i'm not sure why. so, i'm pleased with the quality of the shoes themselves, the only caveat so far is the box!! oh, the box. don't ask me why, how or what, 'cause the box was inside another box, well protected, as far as shipping goes, but it is ALL torn up to heck & back. one entire corner is ripped open, same w/the lid. normally w/something else, that would be okay w/me, u would just be throwing it away, right? unless it was some type of box u need or save, such as this: SHOES! i save most of my shoe boxes & keep the shoes IN the boxes so I can readily identify them when in my closet. a lot of women do this, especially w/their heels or nicer shoes. i have a LOT of shoes, hence, i need & want the box. not a torn to heck box, that defeats the purpose, i may as well put them in some torn tissue or trash bag or something. it's such a random, odd thing. it being in that condition. capisce? can i get a replacement box for these shoes please? :) ... show more
