There is an awful lot to like about these rimless readers, and they are the perfect glasses to place strategically around the house so you can grab a pair without losing your train of thought as you move around your living space. What is particularly nice about these is the nose pieces that can be adjusted to fit your nose in the position where you like to perch your specs! Some half-glasses pinch your nose and block breathing capacity which is annoying. These can be gently adjusted to fit where you want them to comfortably. The straight temple pieces could be heated and bent to grip your ears I suppose, but I am happy to have the straight pieces. They slide into your hair comfortably without crimping your hair if you wear a short hair style. Like any lenses, care must be taken to not bang them around or clean them with inappropriate material. Swiping them with a paper towel is disastrous to lenses. Use the cloths that come the manufacturer slipped in with the glasses.

I have found that having a pair of readers in the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathrooms, my desk, and my purse is a great thing. It's harder to lose them when you don't need to take them anywhere and put them down. Which isn't going to stop me from losing a pair, but hopefully I'll be able to find another one easily. These are comfortable. I wore a pair for about 3 hours yesterday without my ears hurting. I got some that are a little stronger than I need for later in the day when my eyes are getting tired. I already have several pairs of readers in my normal strength squirreled away around the house, so having the higher strength handy is nice. I usually prefer the kind of readers that you can slide up on your head when you're done with them, and these aren't really that kind. You can try, but the nose pieces might pull your hair. It's OK if you pull them off and then put them on your head. Just the sliding up your forehead part doesn't work as well.
