I am extremely disappointed with a recent purchase of a Gucci fragrance, priced at approximately $90 USD, which arrived in a clearly defective condition. The bottle was missing the nozzle hose, rendering the product unusable. For a luxury brand of this calibre—and a supplier that claims a 99% quality standard—this raises serious concerns about both quality control and product authentication procedures. Such an oversight is unacceptable and undermines confidence in the brand and the supplier. This purchase was intended as a special gift, and the experience of presenting a defective product was both embarrassing and frustrating.
