Im 5'6" and currently about 160 lbs. I agonized over which size to buy, but the Large was perfect. As I'm a little heavier than my normal weight, I think it will still fit well when I hopefully take off 10-15 pounds, too, for reference if you happen to be a bit smaller. As others have mentioned, the arms might have been too tight if I had gone with a Medium. Also the length in this size is perfect for me. I did NOT experience it riding up as others have mentioned, but I was also wearing shapewear, which might have helped it stay in place. There is very full coverage in the chest area, so it's helpful for a bigger bust. But a push-up bra and pulling the fabric down some will help it sit right if it's too high or looks odd . Because the dress has so much ruching through the middle and a little stretch, it's very forgiving, and you can adjust most anywhere for the most flattering look possible, including pulling the bust fabric down some if it rides too high. The only thing I didn't like was the sleeve "cuffs" are a bit loose, which I found unnecessary since the material has enough stretch. But that's a small issue when you consider how great the dress is overall! I also appreciate that the fabric seems to be nice quality and isn't sheer. I found the dress to be VERY warm, though (wore it for the first time last night right after receiving it and was warm outside in 45 degree weather). This will likely be my go-to dress for weddings, parties, or special events in the colder months! Definitely a great buy!!

Dress is really cute! My only problem was that it rode up a lot!! Great stretch and beautiful true navy color. True to size as well. I'm 5'5" 205 lbs and it fit great! Ordered an XL. Will work well for even if you have bigger breasts too. Comfortable to wear!

So, I bought this to wear for my 30th birthday. Long story short, my entire birthday was ruined and I didn't get to wear this dress out of the house. BUT I'm keeping it, because it's so pretty on and I will find a place to wear this to. Initially I bought a medium in Red.... and it ate me alive. I looked like I was wearing a sack... sloppy and just not cute at all (except the color, the red color was perfection). So much extra fabric, I looked chunky. Then, I ordered it in wine in a small, and it fit perfectly. I don't think it's too short, but it does tend to roll up where the fabric meets on your thighs, so watch for that. Didn't love the wine color, felt more purple than wine, but it's still pretty. Gave the red to my mom, it was too pretty to send back. I'm 5'7 and 142lbs [about 34c and I do have kind-of a nice butt lol], and again the small fit perfectly. My mom is 5'8 or 5'9, and while I have no idea what she weighs I would guess maybe around 165-70? (She's not fat but she's not super skinny, either-- she wears like an 8-10). Medium fit her perfectly. It wouldn't let me add pics, so I hope this helps someone!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and elegance of this dress. Ordered in Navy Blue and it looks better than the photos on the site. I went by the size guide to order. I am normally an extra small (5'3" and 108 lbs.) but ended up ordering a Medium based on the size guide. I would suggest that a potential purchaser do the same as the dress runs small. My dress fits perfectly, and was packaged in such a way that it was not crushed or wrinkled. Am very pleased with this dress and recommend wholeheartedly. If I knew how to upload a photo from my phone to this desktop I would!!!

Like many of you , been a prime member for more than 12 years buying books and electronics. This is the first time I ventured outside of my comfort zone. Buying clothes in Amazon sounds like risky business but for the price I gave it a try. I am 105 pounds and 5 feet tall. So very petite. The extra small fits like a glove. The color was exactly like the picture , bought a green dress as a reference. The dress looks good but it is very very thin, it has no lining it is see thru, at least the one I received. The quality is very questionable but for the price it is very understandable. Returning with Amazon is a breeze I could returned it but I decided to keep it because it is a great dress for a Christmas party and to be honest I very seldom wear the same dress twice so this will do nice for on time deal . I don’t think it will survive a wash. The cut is great , the fabric could be better and yes lining is a must, so please add that.

This dress was bought last minutes and I was hoping it would look good, and I was very much PLEASED by the way it fit!!! It’s very nice material and looks fancy and wedding guest appropriate! I am a bit short so I was hoping it wouldn’t fit too long and the length was great! It’s warm so good for outside venues during late summer/ fall events. It runs just a tiny bit big but go with your true size in case you’re going to be dancing so the length will be good on you. Just keep in mind this dress does stain so careful when you throw it in the wash!! Other than that this is a 10/10 !!!
