The design and durability of this mat is very very good. Really nice quality! I ended up getting the two pack that came with the grounding outlet tester. I originally got it because I wanted one of these, but I also needed a gift for a white elephant exchange. Luckily no one really knew about grounding so I was able to tell them about it, but still no one wanted it so now I have two mats! One for Home and one for Office. I’ve used these off and on the last two weeks for varying lengths of time, but I try to use it for at least an hour when I think of it. Now that I’m back at work after the holiday break and have one here, I’m hoping to be using it all day long while I’m at my desk. So far, I have noticed that when I use it, I sleep more deeply. I haven’t noticed any other changes aside from that, but with prolonged use, I am hoping that the real benefits will be great!
