I have experienced heel and foot pain for months, and nothing I did seemed to help until I bought these orthodic arch support slippers. My foot pain has subsided. It has good traction and support. I did size up from a 9 to a 10 which fit perfectly. I am not one to wear shoes indoors, but now I wear these slippers and it has helped relieve pain. I would highly recommend them.     • Very comfortable but too hot for 3/4 of the year in New Orleans, and the fake fur is VERY slippery.

I have arthritis and heel spurs and need arch support in my shoes and slippers so I'm able to walk comfortably. These are the first out of many slippers I've tried that have just the right amount of cushion and support (not too smooshy like most memory foam ones that are useless.) The arch support is perfect for me. But after wearing them for the past few days, I DEFINITELY agree with others that the fake fur is EXTREMELY slippery and could cause ankle injuries; my own feet have slipped off the sides a few times already. They are also quite hot (I live in New Orleans, so these would only be just right a couple of months during the year.) I WISH they were offered in a 100% cotton or bamboo fabric that would breathe. Another problem with the synthetic fur is that everything sticks to it--my two cats both shed and I wind up with cat hair on and IN them that I couldn't even SEE in a freshly vacuumed/mopped house. Wearing them outside to bring the trash to the curb, I picked up a couple of little pieces of gravel that I would have been able to get out of my previous slippers even while they were still on, by just tilting them downwards and shaking my foot, but I had to take them off and brush them into the trash can with my hand--took me a while to find them in the fur. Not ideal. I love the firm, sturdy soles rather than flimsy bendy ones, and that they're substantially tall enough to walk on wet pavement without small puddles getting the parts that touch your feet wet. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and got the 9 which is a little big, but I think is the correct size for me vs. an 8 since the arch support is in just the right place. PLEASE make these in a summer fabric! It's infuriating not to be able to find cool supportive slippers with arch supports AND adjustable straps that are not only WIDE enough but also in the right place. I think that wearing these with certain socks might help the traction/slipping off the side issues along with the "too hot" fur. I'm keeping them until I find something I can wear comfortably in the summer months. ... show more

Amazong for the price. These are firm enough for stability, actually have arch support, and are adjustable with velcro, so simple. I wouldn't wear them all day if you have hip pain, but they're perfect for slipping on in the morning and at night around the house. I've tried so many slippers to find something that supports my balance and doesn't exacerbate hip pain (osteoarthritis), and have finally found some that work even better than some very expensive ones I've tried. ... show more

The product met my expectations because this is my second pair! I wore them all thru spring and summer, into the fall. I did return these because it got really cold here and I really need to spend the money on warm booties! But I bought them because of the great cyber Monday price. But they’re worth it even if I have to pay full price in the Spring. Great value for the price (any price)! Very comfortable and I love the leopard pattern. They match my winter robe. I’ll have to see if GRITHEIM makes a winter bootie slipper in leopard! I need the arch support I get with these slippers, since I suffer with plantar fasciitis. They truly help this condition. And they stay supportive, not like some that go flat. I also suffer with swollen feet from time to time and the Velcro flap fits whatever condition I’m in. True to size.
