This is a fantastic idea. I have 2 shallow steps leading up to my front door and everyone trips over. Unfortunately, the steps are concrete and after a week, the tape wouldn't stick to the concrete. It did however stick great to my wood at the bottom of my door.

I'm extremely pleased with the product. My main reason for buying a product like this was for my outside steps because of my 5y/o slipping in the snow, because the steps are painted and the paint was slippery with the snow/rain. It have worked wonders. You can refer to the picture of the outside steps and even tell how bright the glow in the dark strip is on sunlight. (For reference, I uploaded a picture of the steps going down, where there is a window nearby, and the darker picture is of the stairs going up, where there is no illumination) I also added them to the stairs to the 3rd floor after my 13y/o slipped down the stairs 3 times in a row with socks on. It was another hit, and the glow in the dark strip helps a lot with the stairs that are not very illuminated. I love the product and will recommend to anyone!

Just what I wanted. We have a step down in our motor home from bedroom to the rest of area. It shows up in the dark. No slips, trips or falls. Must be safe.

I received 2 huge rolls and was only expecting a single roll. I have marked the edge of some slippery outdoor steps in order to prevent the dreaded "29 degrees out and icy" slip and fall (usually onto the back of my head) when I would rush out in the dark to get down to the barn. I have also marked flashlights and barn tools with the tape to make them more visible and cut down the search time in low light conditions. the tape has held up well so far to dogs running over it and to multiple people going up and down the steps every day.
