I use this in my office. It is sturdy and so far after 2 years, it's still good and working! Wish I had gotten something wood color because it gets dusty in here and you can see all the dust on the desk since it is black, but other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a good desk, but it isn't deep enough for comfortable use as a computer desk, which I learned should be at least 26" deep. Instead of returning the desk, I extended the back 8" using a shelf board with makeshift legs. Now it works much better.

I would absolutely recommend this desk. I've had it for about a month now and no complaints! Very sturdy and nice to look at. Assembly took about an hour and is pretty straightforward, although sometimes I put pieces on the wrong way and had to backtrack a bit. It didn't bother me at all, and it's pretty obvious when you make a mistake. The side shelves are very spacious. The top part of the desk is very sturdy - I put my feet up on it all the time (180 lbs), and it holds very well. Overall, I would say it's definitely worth the price. ... show more
