These are great for blocking spit up from hitting our kiddo's trach and broviac dressing. It doesn't catch everything, but it's saved us from having to do multiple trach tie and gauze changes each day or worrying about whether or not a broviac dressing change is warranted. We'd much rather swap a bib out and change wet linens or clothes than do those things unnecessarily. Label says they can go in the dryer on low heat. I'd hate to cause the waterproof lining to wear out too quickly, as that's essential for our needs, so I've been hanging them up to dry. Overnight in a well ventilated, 70° room worked well, but I'd worry about mildew if it was winter time and they took too long to dry. I'm just cautious with plastic-y material and moisture, especially when it will be laying over a child's airway or central line. Edit: Just so no one is freaking out, our kiddo is vent dependent, so placing the bib over the trach doesn't block their airway or breathing. ... show more

Super absorbent! I really love how these suck up all of the drool and hold it in (onesie underneath was nice and dry!), but I feel like the sizing is a bit strange. My baby is just shy of 4 months and a little over 16lbs. These bibs seem a bit tight on him, and no way to loosen. I think bibs with multiple snaps may be the way we need to go. These will work for the next month (two? Three?) but that barely gets us to teething. Maybe I’ll try to rig a Velcro extension of sorts. ... show more

I wanted to wait and get a good months use out these before leaving a review. My son has really bad reflux. Like going through 12 bibs a day and throwing away so many because it’s hard to keep them all clean kind of bad reflux. Anyway I bought these on a whim and was ready to return them based on the price but holy cow you get what you pay for!! These have been the absolute best bibs ever. My baby liked for a while but now she is one finds them uncomfortable, she tries to pull them off because of the velcro. Not something I thought about when I first purchased. If you know your baby doesn't mind velcro on the back of their neck then these will work well for you.
