I would like to share my experience of using a wall decal. Firstly, I must say that the image on the decal is very beautiful. However, like most wall decals, putting it up can be a bit of a hassle. What disappointed me was the size of the decal. The product images can be misleading, as they make it look like the decal will fill a large space, but they are not to scale. Even the dimensions photo on the product page is not accurate. Therefore, if you are looking to fill a larger space, I would not recommend this product. When I saw the picture of the vines cascading down the wall in the ad I knew which room I would put that in immediately. However, that is not what I got. The picture shows this design going completely across the wall and the vines almost reaching the top of that couch. After affixing this to my wall I would need a couple of shelves and a high back chair on a pedestal to get the same effect. The instructions is the first picture you see and it is in the corner of a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. The product is printed on some kind of thin Mylar which crinkles very easy. I picked up this vine wall decal in the hopes that it would be an easy way to decorate a bedroom without needing to major work - like repainting. Having used wall decals before, I did not foresee any issues with using either the decal or the wall. Like others have commented, I noticed that the vines came in seeming much smaller than the advertised imagery would indicate. The decal was still a nice pattern that was worth using, it just meant that I would need to buy more decals than originally intended. Unfortunately, when removing the decals from the paper backing, some of the vines did not come off smoothly. Even when applied to the wall, they did not stick very well or very long, falling off within minutes. I'm willing to accept that the wall issue might be due to the type of walls in my home (it's an old house). So these decals, despite the lovely design did not work for me. ... show more

I’ll start by saying that the actual image is very lovely. It’s a bit of a pain to put up, but aren’t most wall decals? The thing that was disappointing to me was the size. I was surprised and disappointed at how small this is. The product images posed make it look like it will fill a big space, but those are obviously just photoshopped and not to scale. Once I realized this, I even went back to the page here to check the dimensions. The dimensions photo isn’t even accurate looking. If you’re looking to fill a larger space, I would not recommend this product. If you just need something little, this will be nice. ... show more
