I’m 5'4" and 179 lbs. Although Amazon recommended a size 14, I ordered a size 12 based on the reviews that said these run large—and I’m glad I did. The fabric is high-quality, sturdy denim, and the pants are well constructed. They have a high-ish waist and a loose, baggy fit that’s incredibly comfortable. The size 12 fits perfectly; I would have been swimming in a 14. There’s a nice amount of stretch that makes it easy to move and bend without feeling restricted. I will definitely buy another pair in a different wash.

These are without a doubt the best barrel jeans available on Amazon. The fabric is very comfortable. It is heavy enough to not wrinkle, it is stretchy but holds its shape. I have purchased two different colors and the sizing is consistent. The length is perfect for a gal on the shorter side (I am 5' 3") and the jeans are a perfect ankle length. I have purchased other brands that were too long and once I alter the length, it ruins the barrel shape. The only negative is that they run big. I sized down one size to get the perfect fit. Highly recommend you buy these jeans.

Love these lightweight jeans, and was able to wear them right away. No hemming, and no hunt for the right belt. I am 5’6”, 153, with a small waist and full in hips and thighs, and it’s usually a struggle to find a pair comfortable in the lower part without a big gap in the waist. The extra vertical seems to the outer part of the legs, both front and back, is flattering. Of note-these are not as high-waisted as they appear, but sit somewhat lower on my long torso, but hey-no gap!-so fine with me. Also, they hit around my ankles, which was fine (no hemming needed!), but my legs are on the shorter side, so they might not be long enough if you have longer legs. Also, the carmel color is a washed color, so more casual in appearance. But hey-I ordered 2 more pairs the same day I got them.

Ummm, I did not expect to like these so much. I’ve been eyeballing the Risen barrel jeans, but was nervous to order from a boutique without trying them on. THESE ARE FLATTERING, TRENDY, & TTS. I’m 150lbs 5’6” and normally a size 6/7ish. I ordered the medium and love the fit. I thought about exchanging for a small, but honestly they’re meant to fit a little loose and are made from cotton (prob will shrink in dryer a little) so I’m staying with the medium and ordering more colors!!!!! Order them 1000%!

Didn’t work for me. When I first say this style of jeans i thought they were ugly!! But most recently I saw a few different people on YouTube and social media style them and they looked cute! So I decided to buy these and another pair from somewhere else (waiting for them now). I happened to get them when they had a flash deal so I only spent about $29, perfect because I didn’t want to pay a lot especially if I didn’t liked how they looked. But anyways I tried them on but on me there is no bow or barrel in the leg, lol! They look like regular boyfriend or mom style jeans. I got an XL but it’s not giving the barrel, although I didn’t want an extreme bow of the leg but more of a slight bow. Now I’m wondering if I should exchange them or size up!? For reference, I’m 5’6”-5’7” & at the moment 216 lbs so maybe it doesn’t work for my measurement type 😒😬😩 There is stretch and they fit a bit fitted. The quality is good and the color is nice.

I just ordered a third pair of these jeans. Where to begin? It’s the perfection of the design. There is a bold seam that begins about 2/3 out from the zipper and drops straight to the ankle on each side. The seam is ultimately flattering on my size 12 shape. Magical. I’m 5’6” and proportional leg to body length, and have become a fluffy version of my former self. Hips are relatively slender. The barrel shape gives the illusion of a waist (yay!) and a whole lot of style, while that magical seam stops the eye from seeing the entirety of my width! The pants are stretchy and all-day comfortable. I have recieved the midnight blue, which is a very nice neutral, natural looking denim color. I also have the brown, which definitely needs something bright to go with it, as it’s one serious color, and now I’ve ordered the white for summer and it’s three weeks out for delivery, so Amazon must not have any in stock. These jeans look good on me with a short blazer and white sneakers. I don’t know how long it will take me to tire of these barrel legs, but surely they will be my summer look in the PNW for 2025.

THESE!! For reference I’m 5’3 160lbs with a belly and booty. I’m 55 and really wanted to try this barrel jean trend. I tried on FP but they made me look like a clown but I could tell I liked the idea. THESE! They have stretch to them in the waist, so size large was perfect for me. They were soft enough the “wideness” of the thighs doesn’t stick out. They are super comfortable. They hit right about my ankles and I can cuff them for a little cropped look. I had to buy another pair so I now have this wash and the medium wash jean and love them both! I tried a lot of other ones from Amazon and returned, these were the best imo. I love them!

Love the barrel pants, I found them to be somewhat comfortable but they do stretch out and I’m surprised that no other review stated that. I wore them yesterday and by about 3:00 in the afternoon they had stretched another size in the butt and legs The waist height is so high that when I sit it hurts my rib cage. For reference I am 127 lbs 5’3” and I got a size 6 short and the length is perfect also the size would have been ok if they hadn’t of stretched out. I haven’t washed them yet so I can’t attest to shrinkage but I bet they will be even more comfortable. The fabric quality is great, it’s not too heavy but just right. That’s my honest opinion!!
