I have "Swimmers Feet" as well as lower back pain. I wanted to give these shoes a try and see how they fit and to hopefully strengthen my feet, legs and lower back. I havent worn them long enough to comment on the strengthening of my feet, legs abd lower back yet but the shoes fit really well, not tight at all and the bottom of the shoes are just thick enough to walk on decent size rocks and it doesn't hurt my feet at all. Very flexible, good grip also.. They are very light weight and so far I love them. True to size (For me) I wear an 8 and so the 8 I bought in these are perfect. I love the velcro and they slide on and off easily. 1 thing I hate (with all shoes it seems) I wear these without socks and the shoe pad slides out when I take them off so I have to readjust them before I put the shoes back on. BUT.. that's a tiny inconvenience when compared to the positives to the shoes. ... show more

I love these shoes they are light weight and fit perfectly. Actual sizes so no going up or down. You do not feel rocks and pebbles when wearing them. Like you would other light weight shoes. Easy to slip on and off no worry about shoe strings.

I would totally give them 5 stars if i could there absolutely freakin awesome , i mean to just try them on maybe go for a walk and maybe workout for about a hrs if , i made it that fare .”but “ they are so so comfortable you can literally feel every breeze i barely feel like im wearing shoes the most comfortable shoes i ever ware in my life are heydudes and these barefoot shoes i ended up wearing them the whole day everywhere grocery store , Home Depot literally everywhere . When bare foot shoes first came out were they look exactly like feet a pocket for every toe they look so stupid and ridiculous but when i seen these i was thinking ill give them a shot to see what all the hype was about and i was not disappointed i loved them so much i ordered a second pair of a different style the next day . They are awesome “but” i left one star off because it’s advertised as non - slip well no there not i put them through everything i did today but i had one more test i thought it would be so awesome if these worked in my kitchen where im a Chef i walked in and in only 10 minutes i nearly busted my ass at lest 5 different times i got out of there right away so they got everything about the shoe perfect design comfortablity everything but definitely not non- slip so i hope they work on that ,,, so to all my Chef’s and kitchen people just a heads up ... show more

I needed new rowing shoes with heel support and tight straps. I bought several pairs of shoes that didn't hit the mark, and these finally did. I use these mostly for rowing, but I also have run in them a little bit. I highly recommend them if you want a tight grip around your angle and support on your heel while also getting plenty of space for your toes. First impressions were could not believe how comfy they are! The sole is flexible yet feels substantial and the mesh is super breathable and feels like they're hugging my feet. Then there is this odd feeling I get on the balls of my feet when walking sometimes that feels regenerative like stretching in just the right place or something. I got these because i got swept up in the fad and now sutprised how much i like them. Nice quality barefoot shoe for the price. It was bought to be a workout shoe and after a few sessions they've felt great. No slippage on hardwoods, concrete or tile. The soles are nice and seem like they are purposely designed to give a good bit of protection. Definitely run at least a half size too big which almost make them feel a bit floppy with the way the sole comes up to cover the front of the toes. Finding out that was a downer on what seems to be a pretty quality shoe. ... show more

I've been using these for several months now and I'm loving them as weight lifting shoes. But we warned, if you need support from your shoes, you're not going to get any from these. They really are like wearing nothing at all on your feet, which is why I like them. They would also make a great running shoe if you like to run barefooted.
