Small collar but winning style

As mentioned in other reviews this shirt is almost see through. The material is definitely synthetic, not cotton or linen, and the collar is small, while the rest of the shirt is very large. However, it did the trick and I won a prize for my Halloween costume with it as part of the ensemble.

Low Expectations, Astounding Results

I was scrambling to find the ideal shirt to complete my pirate captain outfit for Halloween this year, and shipping time was essential. This was the only shirt that not only matched what I wanted, but could get delivered before Halloween last minute. I was skeptical of quality because of the price, but didn't have many options. I was more than satisfied with the results and everyone loved it in my work costume contest. Turns out I like this shirt so much, I'm going to buy a few more while they are on sale and dye them in colors unavailable online. Definitely a great item for any medieval bard or pirate outfit. Totally recommend. Only part I don't care for is the string used to lace it. It is white and the shirt is beige. Will probably end up dying or replacing it. Shirt runs big but that is the effect I wanted.

Sizeing issues in length and neck, color different than shown

The fabric is thin and lightweight like other reviews mentioned. It doesn't have much body to it. Color was much more of a dusty cornflower blue in person instead of the rich jewel tone shown in the listing images. Biggest issue is it is very short, it was meant to be for my husband who's only around 5'10", but he's got a strongman build and his stomach shows out the bottom. We'll keep it because I can wear it, but this really isn't cut for men of size or height. The neck is also very small, I can't even lace to the top hole on me but on him it looks really bizarre as the lapels only come half way over his shoulders. He could maybe lace to the third eyelet down in a pinch but that's it.

Perfect for my costume

I bought this shirt for a Halloween costume, and it’s super comfortable! It is a bit sheer, but a tank top underneath works fine. I typically wear a large, but judging from other reviews, I got a medium. It’s still pretty big on me, but that is perfect for what I wanted it for. And it’s a versatile style, so I’ve been able to use it for multiple costumes.
