She is 6 feet tall and the length in the body and the hem work very well for her. It is made of a cotton-feeling soft material that has a little bit of stretch. I followed the size chart and got a medium and it’s just too much material for my small frame. I think it makes me look very wide and it’s unflattering. I’m 5’3”, 130 lbs., 36” bust, 40” hips, and a small or size 8. Maybe it’s just a dress for a taller person. It’s a nice dress and it washes up very nicely in cold water and dryer dried. All Grace Karen garments are well made. The style is just more form fitted on top and then it just blows up on the bottom. I even tried belting it but then I felt it made me look frumpy. Just not for me.

Decently made with decent material, but as is often the case, they make it look nice and form fitting on the model, accentuating the waist, when in actuality it is more like a sack of potatoes when a real person is wearing it. It is not totally hideous but is disappointing.

This dress is OK overall, but it is prone to wrinkles and the way the dress is cut makes my body look wider in the waist which no woman wants. I am rather large chested and there’s very little elasticity bringing it back together once it’s flared out. The pockets in it also had a little extra bulk which doesn’t help with that the effect. This would probably be lovely for a smaller chested woman, but I am a 36F and it’s just not for me.
