The dress is a beautiful cut and the color is a rich navy. I purchased it thinking I would bring it with me on vacation, yet that didn’t work out. It would do well in a garment bag but trying to fold it with all the tassels was nearly impossible. If you only plan to hang it or transport it in a garment bag, then I highly recommend. The quality is very nice and it fits well. I ordered the size recommended by Amazon. It was a little wider in the hips than I would normally purchase but not terribly so, and I have very narrow hips. One other thing to be aware of - the dress did shed a bit when I first took it out - some of the tassels came off, which may have just been a few extra it was packaged with.
