So I'm used to spaghetti straps slipping fairly easily. I can't say that these don't slip, but nowhere as much as I expected them to. The dress itself fits me fairly well so the dress actually stays on even without the straps, but depending on your build, you may still need the straps. The cotton material is nice on my skin. While not the most luxurious feeling, the material is not as allergenic as some, which is great for sensitive skins, and is much less slippery than silk or satin weaves. One thing I do wish is that there was a longer/shorter option as the bottom ends up at around my shins. As a note: these do seem to wrinkle fairly easily, though the wrinkles are minor and may not be a major issue due to the design.

I absolutely love this Grace Karin line. Children's clothes to women's clothes, every piece is stunning and this one is no exception. It tapers and flows in all the right places, and even has pockets! I can also wear this strapless without a bra because the material is thick enough! Love this dress!

I ordered this dress hoping to find something comfortable and flowing to wear in the summer. While the material of the dress feels very comfortable, the fit just didn't hit the mark for me. The material felt nicer than I was expecting. The material is soft and the skirt features a lining that ensures that the skirt isn't see through. The rust color would be great throughout the summer. The most prominent con of the dress is the fit - the top didn't fit my chest area right, even after adjusting the straps. Overall, the dress felt a little too big. I ordered a medium (my normal size in dresses) and it ended up just fitting frumpy and awkwardly on me. For me, this dress looks nicer on the hanger than it does on my body type.

Right out of the packaging, this dress impressed me because the 98% cotton fabric feels natural and pleasant to the touch. Also, the dress has a good amount of volume in the skirt. Upon trying it on, I feel a bit mixed. The smocked waistline is flattering and the skirt is truly long enough to be classified as maxi, as the product description claims. On my 5'7" frame, it hits at about 3 or 4 inches above the ankle. I'm also impressed that the dress has a lining (down to the knees) and the fabric of the bodice is double width. So far so good. Where I have an issue is with the cut of the bodice. I wish the neckline was cut a little wider and deeper. As it is, it sits a little too high and is too narrow to be truly flattering. The cut visually elongates the bust area, giving it a bit of a matronly effect. For that reason, I think I'll be wearing the dress around the house and maybe out to run the occasional low-key errand, but I won't be reaching for it when I want a look that really does make me feel my summer best.

This dress is great! The high waist is flattering, and it's also tailored enough through the natural waist area and hips to not balloon outward too much. I was concerned about the fabric being too thin, but it's got lining, so that's not a problem either! I've purchased other dresses from this brand (for weddings), and the quality is solid. They are shockingly inexpensive for the quality of the garment you receive. I can't really wear spaghetti straps, so I thought I would put a tank top under this dress. It turns out that the neckline is high enough that I can just wear a normal bra with appropriately colored straps, and it looks completely fine. The straps are adjustable, so various body types can make this neckline work. The pockets are handy, and the light blue color is pretty. It's just a great dress!

This dress makes me feel like a Disney princess. I ordered the light blue and the color is so pretty. There is an under layer so you cannot see Through the material. Fits just as expected. Pockets are awesome. It is extremely flattering on my body, even with my “mom pooch”. The length is actually good for me (I’m short so maxi dresses usually are way too long) and goes right above my ankles. Adjustable straps are great. I love everything about this dress and will wear it all the time! I live in Hawaii so that is an attainable goal! Definitely get this dress.

beautiful summer dress that is very light and flowy. helps keep you cool. I recommend getting this dress on a sale though as i dont think its worth full price. but still a decent deal compared to other dresses.
