I have been searching for a pretty Spring/Summer dress that is flattering, feminine, and comfortable for a few years. I am much larger in the bust area than in my torso. It’s always a challenge to find something that fits my top and doesn’t make me look like I’m big all over. The shirring in the bust solves the problem! In addition, I ordered the sleeveless denim dress (actually viscose) from the same company. I had to return it for a larger size (no shirring in this one) but the fabric was lovely and drapes nicely. I believe this company produces quality garments and it will be a go-to for me moving forward!

I ordered this dress for my baby shower, and it worked out perfectly! The dress was very flattering and comfortable. It will also be great for the rest of my pregnancy and afterwards. In the photo I'm 24 weeks along, 5'4", and ~140 lbs. I bought one size up from my prepregnancy size.

I ordered this dress thinking it would be a flowing sort of lighter weight material that was easy going to wear. The pictures made it look almost boho, or retro in a way that gave it that style. When it arrived I was really surprised by the amount of weight I was holding in my hands before I even tried it on. The material was soft enough on the outside and had a liner skirt underneath. The upper part was al a stretchy material that was not see through but was dense weight wise. I put it on and it fit me well, as expected by the size guide, but it was heavy. I mean heavy. The dress design is really more of a classic style of a retro dress that has a ful weight to it, all polyester. It is binding somewhat at the top to keep the shape, though not uncomfortable, has cute sleeves, and the skirt has a sewn in slip over a material that has a sheer look to it but is a classic look from a retro dress. I like the look, though I wasn't expecting it. I wish I had realized it was going to be a heavyweight dress though because I live in Florida and this heavyweight polyester makes you sweat so much you simply cannot wear it here. I gave it four stars simply because of the images and description versus what you receive. The quality of the dress is good and the dress is really done overall. I would not be afraid to suggest it to someone who tolerates heavyweight clothes and likes the style. Can recommend in those cases without reservation.

The dress is true to size in the measurements provided on the product photos. It ended up being too tight in the bust for me but I wear 2X and 3X, not always XXL. It is well constructed for the price point. I wish it had fit me but another member of the family liked it and has inherited it since it fit her and she liked it, too.
