This designer has got to make the most flattering dresses. The material on any of the dresses is so beautiful and comfortable. I have casual, cocktail even a few wedding guest ones and they are all beautiful. They are very well made, the dressier ones are lined. They are reasonably priced and different, not styles you will see everywhere. I always use the bust measurement to get the size right and each time it is like the dress was made for me. The only issue I have, actually a suggestion. I wish she made her dresses in petite... Us short girls who don't sew pay a lot of taylor fees....Lol

This is a cute little dress for the price. I went by the size chart and ordered a Large. It was WAY too big. So I ordered 2 more dresses - one in small, and one in med. I was the most comfortable in the med (even though the small would have also worked, it was only slightly snug in the ribcage area). I liked it so much I ordered a second color. So now I have 2 easy to wear/pack little party or date-night dresses. The line of the dress is very flattering. I am the most impressed with the neckline; it is a "wrap" style across the bust, (which usually gapes open on most dresses), but this one stays put and allows for comfortable movement!

Wore this to a semi-formal dinner last week. The neck line plunged a little deeper than expected (you can manipulate it a little), but it was very flattering and comfy, allows for full range of movement without flashing your fellow party-goers. Size is good, I'm 5' 3" weight 150 LBs, got a Medium. It fit pretty well in bodice and nice and flowy in the skirt (obviously will vary with body type, I'm curvy and I thought it was flattering for my type). The fabric is very soft and stretchy. This is a cute budget-friendly dress.

I bought this dress in black, size 6, last winter. For some reason I did not get around to wearing it until this December to a Christmas dinner at our church. I accidentally dropped a carrot, covered in butter and brown sugar on the dress and it left a greasy spot in four places. When I got home, I turned the dress inside out and washed it in cold water on the delicate cycle. Then I put it in the dryer, with no fabric softner sheet, on low heat and accidentally forgot about it for 24 hours!!! I was dreading opening the dryer! But, amazingly, the dress came out looking silky smooth without one wrinkle! I couldn't believe it! This dress is very flattering and comes in so many colors!! Quality was beyond expectation!!!! Buy this!

I spent a long time looking for a 1950s inspired cocktail dress to wear for a play I’m in. I wear an 18 normally, sometimes a 16 if the dress flows nicely. I ordered a 3x because of what the chart said about bust size. I have a large chest. 44D. When I pulled it out it looked huge. But I tried it on and it fits pretty well. The criss cross cleavage area is kind of weird. This is the second Grace Karin dress I’ve purchased, mainly because they carry bigger sizes. But something is up with the stitching. Just feels weird. Like the pattern was cut wrong or something. Kinda big on bottom. I think it will work if I get a crinoline underneath. The worst is the fabric though. 95% polyester and it feels every bit of it. It’s heavy and I fear it’s gonna be hot.

I am on my husband's account to review this dress. I had looked for a nice dress at several stores in my area and apparently you cannot find anything in actual brick and mortar stores. I had the same issue with pumps and heels. I do not know what the heck is going on in the stores, but it is disappointing. I do not like being forced to shop online. It is ridiculous that you can't find what you want and need in a store anymore. After hours of looking online I found this dress and took a chance ordering it after reading many of the reviews and was not disappointed. It was folded neatly in a plastic bag in the mailing envelop and arrived a day early. For reference I am 5'1" and weight 132 lbs. I usually wear a medium, but I did take measurements as suggested and I did end up with a medium. The dress fit perfectly, it's comfortable and the hem comes just below my knees. I ordered the burgundy, and the color looks just like in the picture. The material is a little stretchy and it is a good dress for fall and winter. It does have a zipper in back. I always wear a slip under my dresses and for this I bought a black half-slip which works great with this dress. It is machine washable, use cold water and the gentle/delicate setting with like colors. It washed well, however, there was no info on drying this dress, but someone said to hang it to dry and that worked well with very few wrinkles. The style is very cute with a vintage look to it. Overall, I am very happy with the dress and can't wait to wear it out. I highly recommend this dress.
