I bought two pairs of these shorts for a night out. Both pairs were extremely comfortable. They don't look exactly like the photo but there's enough review pictures that you should know what you're getting. Now, I NEVER buy amazon clothes. I'm a big girl & the fit is always off. I was terrified to buy these but after reading reviews I took the chance. Best decision ever! I am a size 12 in the waist, size 14 in the thighs. I'm 5'11" and 260ish lbs. I don't really have hips but I do have a little bit of booty. I bought an XL and honestly, there's so much stretch in these shorts I probably could have gone with a Large. But the XL did a great job of keeping the muffin top in and accentuating the right curves. There was definitely extra room in the back but they were not baggy and stayed perfectly put all night. I was at a concert and I don't remember having to pull them up or adjust them at all throughout the night. The only real complaints I have are: 1. the black pair that are ripped all the way across the back are really a faded gray color and 2. they come with a weird smell. I was afraid to throw them in the wash because I didn't know if they'd come apart or fade in color so I left them in an empty room to breathe for about 2 weeks (honestly, I forgot they were in there until it was time for me to wear them). The smell was not completely gone (it was winter, the windows were closed - had I really "aired them out" the smell would have disappeared) but it wasn't noticeable when I wore them. There are different rip patterns which show different amounts of skin. I wore the more "conservative" of the pairs I purchased because they sat higher on the waist & I thought the other pair were a bit too much for where I was going, also because the color was slightly off, they didn't really match the outfit I had put together. These are mega stretchy which is awesome. I’m a true large in bottoms no matter what usually, except for these. I ordered a large and they were way too big - returned them for the medium and they were perfect. I’m an athletic build, 5’7” 165lbs. I paired mine with tights underneath so you can’t see the rips as well but it’s decently modest unless you have a large rump than expect some more peak-a-boo lol. Highly recommend for sure! They were true to size. The stretch was just right. Very comfortable and did not rise so no cheese digging lol The rips/shred was a bit much for my bf but I put some fishnets under and it was a bit more digestible for him. I purchased the white in XL. They fit perfect. I wear a 12/14 or L/XL . The stretch is great. I am thick with a gut a little larger than I would like. I felt super confident in these shorts. It was sexy, didn't show too much so I did not look trashy. I wore it under a sheer dress while on vacation. I was able to pull them over my gut and still look cute. I liked the look and fit of the shorts. They do have a stretch to them. I initially ordered the medium but they wet too tight. The large fits better but I think i should have vgone up to an XL. I would have liked them to be a tad bit longer. When you sit or walk they rise up in the crotch area. I didn't like having to continually pull them down. Also, beware that the cuts are all over including the rear-end. You'll need to wear underwear the same color unless your going commando...lol ... show more

Do not hesitate to buy these! I was skeptical. I’m a plus sized woman 5’8”, 260lbs, average hips but I have a fupa. I ordered these in XL and they looked so small I thought I shouldn’t even try them on…but I did. Oh my goodness. These are now the best fitting pair of shorts I have. The stretch is amazing and it makes the shirts contour to your body for a perfect fit.
