Finally found the perfect arm coverings that let the wind through but provide good protection from the sun. They fit well, stay up even during golf, and they are NOT compression - which I like! I do not like the feel of ultra tight on my arms when golfing. Good value too - 4 pair for under $10 is a steal. Very comfortable sun protection sleeves that fit well, are not too thick, and have a good initial impression of good quality construction. After one bought of skin cancer, I cover myself up, even in winter. These sleeves, even in the black, are surprisingly lightweight and cool far more than I thought they would. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because, due to the kind of fabric used, they tend to start to "pill" depending on how often you wear them and/or how you treat them. I like mine to look smooth, but for others, this may not be an issue. Regardless, the sun protection they provide is excellent and worth every penny compared to medical bills. These are the first ones I've found that are long enough to reach from my upper bicep to the bottom of my wrist without stretching to the max. After two years of wearing from late spring to fall with washings after one wear they look and feel like new. Excellent. Fits me perfectly. Snug but not strangling. Doesn’t move at all, which is great, and it’s not crazy tight that would have made it uncomfortable. Well worth the money at this price. If they get frayed I’ll just another set. I like the brightness of the white. Edit: after a few months, it’s all wrinkly and the hold is weak as the material has totally weakened.
