I like the lettuce. At least the leafy part is fresh. But it seems that all lettuce that comes in a bag or box contains more than its share of inedible pieces. The nutrition and taste are in the leafy part of the greens but by the time I remove all the bitter core pieces and thick stems, there's enough left for two salads. It's a crime that those nasty pieces I throw out get bagged in the first place. ... show more

I can always count on this to make our dinners better and especially sandwiches. I love the fact that we can enjoy it all and not have to worry about rinsing then drying it all out before we can eat it.     • Crisp, fresh and tasty
I mix this CruNCH lettuce with baby spinach and make a dressing with Penzey's Country vinegarette herb mix, red wine vinegar and EVO. Simplest thing in the world and everyone gobbles it up. Love the taste and texture and it's always fresh.It's on my reorder list.
