We were planning a cookout at the house and wanted to get a quality cornhole set quickly that wasn't too expensive. I ordered this set of boards (without bags because I wanted a specific color set of bags) and it was delivered fast! The boards are nice and have a great playing surface. Just slick enough, but not too slick that the bags will slide off the top every time. The carry case is a nice touch and makes lugging this set from the garage to the backyard easy. The construction seems really nice. I do have slightly dented corners (like I've seen in most reviews), but they aren't so bad as to worry about them. I didn't have time to make a set of these myself so I bought them, they are cut and assembled well but there seems to be some quality control issues. Several of the corners are banged up, there is no damage to the packing material or the shipping box so most likely they were banging around before being packaged, they need to improve how they are handled through the production process. Also they are only stained on the front side not the backside so there is no real protection from moisture if they are going to be used in a yard. I plan on painting mine, and puttying the corners is not that big of a deal. These boards are completely functional but if you are looking for a completely finished product right out of the box that will last, might want want to look at something else that is fully painted and blemish free. Looks exactly as advertised and very sturdy, well made. We bought for a school fundraiser but now that it is over, I think these will be a very nice addition to our backyard. The wood is beautiful, but I haven't left outside yet. I'm afraid, over time I think, not sure, but I think the rain, cold, and even when it's warm again, the heat will warp the wood. Maybe I am wrong but I want these to last. They're very heavy but the bag that comes with it, to hold them, seems very well put together so I think I will leave in the garage and when friends come to hang out we will take them out to play. Love these and the natural look they give is a very rustic vibe. ... show more
