I used these about a dozen times before one of the buckles broke. The plastic gets brittle in the cold. They are awkward to put on, to the point where it's discouraging to use them for short trips. Once they are on, they don't stay on well. The boot tends to slip out of the strap on the back, causing the whole shoe to slip off. When that happens it's usually when in the middle of a lot of snow and it the whole buckle set has to be undone and redone. The double straps on the front are overkill and just complicate it. Would not buy again.

Over all I have enjoyed using this product and even though this was my first pair of snowshoes I found the floation good and they where easy to walk in. The only down side was the heel strap was a bit hard to adjust. Good value for the price.

Only used once so far but they did not come off after an hour of trudging through high snow. I was worried the back straps would loosen but no problems. Also, these didn't kick up snow on my calves as I went (my friend bought a more expensive set and has this problem.)

These work great. The bindings are easily adjusted to fit anywhere between a 10yr old kid to adults. Got 4 pairs for the whole family and they've been a great addition to our winter gear.
