I purchased the Goodpick Small Woven Basket for $8.99 as an affordable container to store my woold fryer balls when they are not in use. I chose the natural jute with the black trim design, which looks as pictured and matches my expectations, although I would have preferred an all-natural option. There are nine color options available, so there's some flexibility to suit different preferences. The size is just right-12x8x5 inches- and the compact oval shape fits nicely on my dryer without taking up too much space. It comfortably holds my six wool dryer balls with plenty of room for up to six more. While the basket is primarily stationary in my laundry area, it seems versatile enough for decorative storage purposes, like holding small towels, toiletries, baby diapers, or toys. The material is fairly soft for jute, though it has an "itchy" texture, which makes me wonder if constant movement might scratch or damage furniture surfaces over time. The basket feels sturdy and well-made for light storage, but I wouldn't rely on it for carrying heavy items or frequent use. From my experience with similar products, repeated or heavy use can cause woven baskets to lose their firmness, though the smaller size might be more resilient. It is lightweight and has two small handles, making it easy to move when needed. The packaging was neat, arriving in a small box with the basket folded to save space. While this resulted in creases and folds, the description provided instructions for restoring its shape. I just used my hands to open and reshape the basket, and though it's not perfect yet, I expect it will naturally settle over time with regular use. One notable feature is the ability to clean the basket by handwashing or machine washing (with a dryer bag), which adds to its convenience. The jute material does have a natural smell, as expected with this type of material, though it wasn't as strong as other similar materials that I have encountered. With time, the smell should fade, or it can be eliminated/reduced through washing, per the provided instructions in the description. Overall, this basket is a great choice for light, stationary storage. It's affordable and functional, making it a practical addition for anyone seeking a container for smaller items. I use this for diapers and wipes in my living room. It's the perfect size. I do wish it was slightly sturdier, but it works and my baby crawls all over it and I don't have to worry about it breaking. It would be perfect to fill for a baby shower or other fun gift basket. I'm sure you could easily fold it up for storing it away if needed. Great price and super cute!

No matter what I did, I couldn't get this to sit flat. It's also not round, it's very oval shaped (like a football) and quite small. I was going to use this for a large prize gift basket and decided against it. It's maybe 8 inches long by 5 inches wide or so. It was inexpensive, so I think we already donated it to goodwill before I could get a picture. The fabric/quality and color are all good, so if you need a small basket with tiny handles, it might fit the bill. It MIGHT have even sat flat if I got it wet and formed it to my needs. I'm not sure and I didn't have time to mess with it.
