I'm very lazy when it comes to leaving reviews, but in this case, I felt absolutely compelled to. I bought a Nendoroid figure of Link and it arrived perfectly packaged and fast, as usual from Amazon. But here comes the part when Good Smile itself upped my experience: trying to assemble my figure and following the instructions, I accidentally put the wrong parts together and it broke instantly about 5 minutes after I received my product. I was very upset and contacted the company. Mind you that I emailed them late at night and as soon as I woke up the next morning, they had replied requesting some information. I provided what they needed and, without batting an eye, they proceeded to send me the parts I broke (two pieces). Very thoughtful. It arrived quickly even though it came from Japan to the US and fit perfectly. This is probably one of my best experiences with customer service ever, in my life. I can now leave my Nendoroid standing up and I will definitely be more careful with it from now on. Also, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again, not only because of how much they clearly care about their customers, but because of the product itself. Since I'd never bought one before, I thought it was a bit expensive (my boyfriend collects Funkos and this was my initial comparison), but upon examining my first one, I think it's more than fair. They come with so many accessories, different faces, legs, arms, items, little parts. Everything moves, it's all articulated and you can put them in any position or outfit of your dreams. Amazing! He comes with a lot of extras which is really what makes it for me. For the price and nostalgia of link its a easy add to the collection. Had fun posing him several times even though bit tedious the vast amount of accessories make it worth the quick change. Mine came with sword shield sheath,red potion bottle, 3 masks goron, zora, and deku, large Majora mask and bunny hat. Don't forget alternative face and navi. Overall he looks adorable who could disagree? Pro: lots of accessories everyone likes LEGEND OF ZELDA! looks awesome in any pose. con: His head is hhhhheavy due to his hat wants to flip alot. Kind of expensive. You have to be very careful with the pieces especially when removing them because the material is kind of weak, I broke the mask holder while I was trying to remove it, so just do it gently and don't force it

I love this little Link, it's sooo cute. The paint job is on point, and it came with all the pieces. The only issue I have with mine, is that when you put the sword in his hand to hold onto, it's really loose. So, if you touch it slightly the blades falls out. Nothing terrible, but does get a little annoying when I'm trying to put him in different poses. ... show more

Although the figure is very good quality and most of the accessories are definitely accurate, I had A LOT of quality control problems from scratches on different accessories and a faulty peg stand for Tatl that ended up breaking as I gently inserted the stand into the back of the fairy. The small ball peg immediately just came off and now the peg is stuck in the fairy so I can’t display one of the best accessories. Overall I’d give it 3 out 5 because the paint on some of the intact parts and pieces are still very well done and overall I guess I’m satisfied with my purchase. ... show more
