    • Loved the magazine for years, appreciate the price structure I see today
I have read four magazines for years---and this is one of them. (The others are Woman's Day, Family Circle, and Ladies Home Journal.) I like them all. Good Housekeeping runs a very close second to LHJ---and at least today it has the acceptable price structure---99 cents for a single issue. They do have more ads than they used to, but I still like them. Right now I am experimenting with reading them on my iPad Kindle app, and therein lies the problem---I am not going to pay 2.99 for a single issue of Family Circle when I just got Good Housekeeping and Woman's Day for 99 cents for the single issue, I am not going to subscribe until I am sure I am comfortable and they work right on the app (that's looking pretty good), and I am not going to pay three times as much for the digital subscription as I do for the print version. I don't have so much trouble with not getting both for the price of one, because I am hoping to do away with having print issues lying around and needing to be recycled. If the publishers price them at roughly a dollar an issue, I will buy the issues and eventually perhaps subscribe; right now I watch for those 99 cent sales or whatever they are! ... show more

I downloaded this magazine when I was going to go on a trip. It is a great read anywhere, both while waiting to board the plane and while flying. Makes the time go by more quickly. It has always been a great magazine, now it is easier to take with you.

    • A Magazine at your finger tips
I like take my iPad when I go to appointments so I have something current to read. I also like to take it with me when I travel to read or to just look through when we are traveling. I like it because I don't have to either have a magazine laying around or having to through away.

I have always loved Good Housekeeping Magazine but didn't know if I would enjoy the Kindle version since there is just something about flipping the pages of a magazine. I was thrilled with the ease of use of the Kindle version tho and how they made the corners look like there were turning and that the articles scrolled up to read more instead of having to look for the page in the hard copy. ... show more

I love this magazine, and normally with a paper subscription I toss the ones I've read and never read again. Now I've gone paperless, and I love that I can reread them without having to take up counter/table space. It's delivered immediately too! Great for the price

    • Poor Format Quality in August Digital Edition
I have been buying the digital format since December of 2013 and liked the format, being able to enlarge the page, being able to see all the products at a glance. The digital format changed with the August edition. You cannot see all the products under review, you have to scroll up and down to see the products. You cannot enlarge the page; the pages do not rotate. It's like having a mini paper edition where you can't see all the content at once. It's terrible. I will not purchase this again. ... show more

I subscribed to a couple around the same time, and I eventually unsubscribed and just kept this one. I feel you get a variety of topics which makes it always interesting to read every month.
