This is a beautiful dress with the design being made by some beautiful sewn-on lace. The waistband is a separate belt and ties in the back with a bow. I found the fabric to be very light and airy, but it really doesn’t look good on me. Of course that doesn’t mean it’s not a great dress. The colors are absolutely beautiful. It is a pullover dress, and the waistband is needed to keep it from being a very loose bag type shape. If you look good in dresses with waist bands, this is a good choice. ... show more
