The sleeves are also beautiful and very flattering if you don’t like your arms! I washed it in cold water on delicate with nothing else and then I hung it up to dry and it’s perfect! It runs true to size but has no stretch. If you’re between sizes I would probably go up one specially if you have a larger neck or arms, but it’s very comfortable. It’s perfect for the workplace.
