Leather is soft but the color is supposed to be rich black , it is the color of a 5 yr. Old used tire. The style is no as expected the top riser that that comes over the top arch is too short so the shoe look more like a slipper than a real loafer. The shoe is half a size too small. They show large quality pictures or shoe factors in Italy with Italians workers making shoes .tis insinuates that the parts are made in China but finished in Italy. SLY DECEPTION. Nice looking shoe. Not even an issue with a problem bunion and a bit swollen left foot. Just tried them on haven’t worn them out yet. I like the ideal of the slipper look but to me it looks a bit unsightly the way it kinda bulges out on the back sides. But maybe with pants on and I just go with it I won’t even much notice and doubt anyone’s looking at me so intensely that it’d much matter. ... show more
