This charm was a gift for my sister who unfortunately lost her cat to a heart defect at only 8 years old. I was initially a bit annoyed because it took a while for it to be made, but it was well worth the wait. She is extremely happy with the product, and as can be seen from the photos, they did an excellent job placing the image. My recommendation would be to place your order well in advance of any special occasion to ensure you receive the charm on time. It took around 3 weeks for my sister to get hers but she really loves it so I highly recommend this product.

It finally arrived, after 2 months, due to the seller never shipping my order within the estimated delivery date, which resulted in a render, yet the 2nd order still arrived late. However, once it arrived I was very pleased with the presentation and the charm was exactly as expected.
