I absolutely love this dress!! I needed a dress to wear to my niece's outdoor wedding in October. Before I found this dress I spent $1500 ordering dresses from Lulu's, and ended up returning all of them... Tried on at least 30 dresses at my local TJMaxx... Ordered multiple dresses from Amazon that I sent back... Then I found this one. It was exactly what I was looking for! So comfortable, so flattering, I could go on and on about how thrilled I am with this dress. The length was absolutely perfect for what I wanted -- the subtle high-low hem made it so versatile switching from heels to flats during the evening, as it let me show off my cute heels during reception and cocktail hour, and when I switched to flats for the reception it was just the perfect length, grazing the floor in the back so you couldn't tell from behind that I was wearing flats, and yet rising up just enough in the front that I didn't worry about tripping over it. (I'm 5'4'' 120lbs and ordered a small and it fit like a glove!) The material is thick enough to not be see through but also light enough that I didn't get too hot (it was a warm afternoon in Georgia). It was wrinkled upon arrival and did need to be ironed before the event, but did not wrinkle with sitting, looked perfect all night. The gathering in the back of the bodice provided stretch and allowed me to breath easily, and was neither to tight or too loose (one issue I kept running into with many of the other dresses I tried on is that they were too constricting in the ribcage while fitting perfectly everywhere else, and going up in size to fit my ribcage made them too large everywhere else). The adjustable tie straps were perfect! I tried tying them several different ways, but in the end I preferred them just the way they are in the listing photos. I felt so beautiful AND so comfortable in this dress, I can't wait to wear it again somewhere, and I'm contemplating ordering other colors! ... show more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this dress!! It’s so pretty and flowing! The material is not real stretchy and it fits true to size. I’m 5’7 158lbs and a medium fits perfectly! A large would have been way too long. It’s made to last for sure! I wore it to a graduation party and got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS! If definitely buy again! Zipper quality is great but like I said the material isn’t stretchy so you can’t squeeze into it with the zipper. The only stretchy part is on the back and it’s nicely made and look way more expensive that what this dress costs. I didn’t wear it with boots but you definitely could. ... show more

Beautiful! This is an elevated Maxi dress. The material is beautiful and appropriate for a wedding or a cocktail event. The bodice is very flattering. For reference I am a 36b and weight 163 lbs and 5’6. I was going back and forth between the medium and large and chose the medium, which I’m glad I did. The large would have been too big. There is a side zipper and stretch in the back of the dress. The dress is so flattering and very pretty in the black. It is not see through and double layered. I absolutely love this dress, it is so cute and fits amazing, it does have a zipper on the side so keep that in mind if you are pregnant. This is one of my favorite dresses. I got the red for a Valentine’s party, and it didn’t disappoint. The fit is super flattering, the color is a nice rich red, love the pockets ofc, and because I’m short, I like how the hem is higher in the front so I don’t trip over it (it’s still quite long for my 5’3” height, but I wore heels so it worked out fine). The full skirt gives lots of swishy movement. I got tons of compliments when I wore it; it’s an attention getter (probably at least partly bc of the color, but still)! The material wrinkles a bit, but nothing some steam doesn’t fix easily. I’m very tempted to buy a couple more colors! The only real criticism I have is the length of the ties; they’re excessively long. However, that is easily fixed with a couple of quick snips. Overall, I highly recommend! Definitely follow the size chart for sizing. The medium fits me perfectly, and I’m usually a small. This is accurate to the chart, however, which says that the medium fits US sizes 4-6. ... show more

It’s an absolutely beautiful dress however my chest sadly didn’t fit correctly in the top so I need to return it. It’s comfy but if u have a bigger chest the tie straps will definitely dig in. It’s very nice quality tho
