I love the shelf. It’s beautiful! But seriously came with no instructions and the videos on this Amazon link show how to assemble several different shelves but not this one! Not helpful! Good thing I’m smart and can figure it out!

Amazing the building process is simple would be better if you have a drill bit hex key because it does get repetitive and kind of hard to screw them while it's laying down looks great and it's sturdy I didn't put the back bars on mine in my opinion they aren't really needed if not up against the wall. ... show more

We got to the end and when it was time to put the cross supports on- there were pre drilled holes missing so two ends are loose. Other than that- it’s great. Looks so nice! Still need to arrange some shelves but I think my pic is a good representation of it.

I used this bookshelf as a room divider and it worked out perfectly!! Most bookshelves are the same width top and bottom needing anchoring to a wall to prevent tipping but this one is wider on the bottom so it's more sturdy. We really like that the shelves are open as it allows light to shine through the room. 10/10 recommend. Super easy to assemble if you just pay attention to the directions. ... show more

The directions were difficult as far as part 11 went... After I got it all assembled & went to put on the back braces I discovered that part 11 on both sides was on backward!!! So I had to take 80% of it apart to get part 11 on correctly.... They are NOT clear in their directions which way part 11 goes on..... Boy was I Upset... I can read blueprints, but not when they leave out an instruction....So be careful when assembling this Industrial Bookshelf!!!! I do like it though... ... show more

We decided to purchase and use as bar storage. We like the look and the amount of storage we got with the unit. A couple of things we learned, keep everything loose! If you tighten as you go, it gets very hard to get the shelves right. Also, use a larger or ratcheting Allen wrench if you can. It comes with a small one which is cumbersome given the size of the project. Once together, then go back and tighten it all up!
